The client for this project home wanted to create a contemporary landscape but was quite limited with the plant selection that Pittwater Council’s vegetation communities offer. However, some stunning grass trees do help to add a modestly grand feel to this development.

The existing pool at the rear of this development was given a real facelift and with new seating and planter boxes along the perimeter, and a sculptural wall water feature, no-one would ever know.

A simple design but very effective in providing for the needs of this growing family on Sydney’s northern beaches.
