With the owners of this property preparing for sale, TGS Landscape Architects was engaged to create a landscape that would ensure buyers of this house could see the huge potential that this yard had to offer. With the difficulties of a heritage conservation area, and a very steep site, TGS came up with the concept of multiple landscaped terraces that would engage and draw you down into the beautifully landscaped lower garden.

With the striking colours of the exquisite sandstone stairs and paving, and the rich reds of the ‘Merbau’ hardwood timber decking, the new swim spa sits eloquently as a centerpiece that now only needs to be seen to be enjoyed!
